JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose A passionate & well-rounded marketer well-versed in Digital & CRM Marketing concepts, principles and tactics. A competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends through data insights & analytics. Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all Performance Digital & CRM marketing campaigns across owned and paid networks. You should be a self-starter, enthusiastic with a creative mind who is passionate about growing your career in the Fashion Retail Industry. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach both Levi's & Dockers brand targets. Key Responsibilities: Support Marketing Manager to assist in briefing, creating, planning and activate campaigns and strategies to drive key brand marketing KPIs targeted towards relevant market segment. Collaborate with agency partners in media strategy & performance optimization, content planning and loyalty engagement leveraging Owned channels, Performance Digital, Social Media, CRM and Digital Content Marketing. Utilise digital technology and creativity to push the boundaries of CRM experience for loyal VIP members and drive eCommerce quality traffic and online purchases. Develop CRM analysis and initiatives to increase user engagement, retention and optimize cost. Promote agility and efficiency in daily marketing operations, processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor progress. To develop data-driven insights and recommendations to input into strategic communications plan. Manage and support agency partners on daily operations and execution to develop, align and steer marketing objectives in line with seamless omni-experience while bridging gaps/identify opportunities, where possible. Support Cross-function Local Market and Regional team on Market Input/Feedback requests and opportunities. Job Requirements Degree in Marketing with at least 4 years working experience in related function. Good understanding of consumer marketing in a fast pace retail environment. Experience in utilizing digital and social media platforms for marketing, including engaging bloggers, key influencers, etc. Exhibits ability in analyzing data from market and consumer trends. Meticulous and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Team player and good interpersonal skills.
