Job Description 1.??????Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Responsible for sales & performance.
Assist Marketing Manager in planning & executing digital marketing strategy and promotion calendar.
Create & execute tactical promotions / offers to support specific products / period.
Responsible for enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the technology and infrastructure.
Create & maintain e-commerce content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products and prices are accurate.
Manage review of product performance vs inventory.
Communicate with relevant parties both internal and external for project arrangement and liaison.
?Assist in day-to-day management of digital marketing paid advertising campaigns implementation & monitoring.
Monitor online customer enquiries and feedback and to be the main point of contact for website and social media platforms queries.
Developing and planning social media content / strategy and manage day-to-day social media implementation.
Review and prepare marketing report and marketing budget for ROI measurements.
2.??????Marketing
To develop, plan and implement retail marketing campaigns and tactical promotions.
Involve in integrated marketing campaigns including photo shoot, visual merchandising, public relation campaigns, consumer activities and etc.
Review and prepare marketing report and marketing budget for ROI measurements.
Support creative execution on graphics artwork in providing campaign concept and direction for graphic creations.
?Assist to ensure marketing communication is deliverable. Eg: EDM, newsletter.
?Assist in minor graphic task. Eg: cropping photos.
Requirement:
Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication / Media / Digital Marketing / IT or equivalent;
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia;
At least 1 ? 2 Year(s) working experience in related field is required;
Basic understanding of digital communication solutions;
Digitally savvy with exposure in E-commerce;
Strong strategic skills;
Posses excellent communication skills and able to interact at all levels and work in a team
Have excellent written skills;
Ability to learn new trends and technologies;
Passion for innovation, exponential revenue growth and business success in social media and e-commerce;
?Able to operate MS office, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Basic knowledge about photography.
Always alert and have passion in work.
