The Director of Human Resources is an integral member of the property executive committee.They contribute human resource knowledge and expertise for a designated property.Their responsibilities include talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management.

Responsibilities
• Execute engagement survey related activities.• Champion talent management ranks and diversity strategy.• Translate business priorities into HR strategies.• Implement and sustain HR initiatives at the property.• Lead the assessment of leadership pipeline and succession planning.• Create value through proactive approaches to performance and cost control.• Monitor effective use of myHR by property managers and employees.• Attend owner meetings and provide context to HR results.• Supervise on-property and market-based HR resources.• Analyze open positions and balance talent development with business needs.• Facilitate the selection and interviewing process.• Identify opportunities for work process and staffing optimization.• Make staffing decisions and develop hiring strategies.• Monitor sourcing process and evaluate staff assessment.• Lead planning of hourly employee compensation strategy.• Communicate and implement total compensation systems and programs.• Participate in internal equity analysis and create compensation packages.• Ensure completion of HR staff duties and responsibilities.• Provide training and support to HR staff members.• Serve as a resource for employee relations questions and issues.• Reinforce positive employee relations concepts.
Requirements
• 2-year degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 4 years of experience.• OR, 4-year bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of experience.
