OS is a leader in special applications such as infrared components for smartphones or autonomous driving. Your new responsibilities
- Lead and direct Facility and Employee Service team overseeing the facility utility services, hook up project, canteen operation, building maintenance, employee transport and dormitory etc.
- Lead the team&'s performance contract management, strategic planning, maintenance work planning, construction management, building code compliance and energy management.
- Responsible to plan preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, machinery and building system which involves implementation and sustaining of SAP PM system including computation of maintenance cost and spare part management.
- Drive projects of various scale of capacity extension which includes project costing, timeline, design review & development and tendering process.&
- Lead and deploy team in energy and cost saving projects which includes conducting energy assessment, allocation and assist in identifying energy potential in each area.
- Manage department expenditure, budget planning and cost control.
- Support and work closely with EHS team to drive company EHS standard and compliance.
- Work closely with Global Risk Consultant & FM Global on plant safety compliance.
- Support Corporate EHS in driving OS risk evaluation and management which includes machine FMEA & safety risk assessment. What we look for
- At least a bachelor's degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of facility management experience with a work history demonstrating high level of technical & management responsibility.
- Experience and familiar with EHS standard practices. Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements in driving facility operation.
- Knowledge in various facility services (mechanical, electrical, UPW/waste, chemical & gas system) & employee service operation.
