Draughtsman

Description
1. Design of government, commercial, residential, interior design projects.
2. To liaise and coordinate with consultants and main-contractor on project details and resolving technical
issues.
3. Accountable for the preparation and completion of precast shop drawings with specific time and meet
client’s requirements.
4. Accountable for accuracy and updating amendments to precast shop drawings.
5. Attend meetings with consultants and main contractor as well as site meetings.
6. Manage, plan and schedule project, shop drawings for submission and production.
7. To liaise internally with coordinator and production on submission/issuance of shop drawings and
technical issue and keep them updated of any revision.
8. Conduct review on details of design to ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.
9. Prepare and perform design for precast component according to client demand.
10. Responsible in the design and preparation of shop drawings.
11. Review completed interior design drawings, designs and specifications before issue for production.
12. Check and highlight all the discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings to finalise
precast shop drawings for production.
13. Ensure customer requirement are determined and met, thus enhance customer satisfaction.
14. Communicate to the organization the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and
regulatory requirement.
15. Provide technical support for company operation.
16. Ensure the availability of resources.
17. Determine, collect and analyse data for informed Management decision.
18. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated Manager.
