As part of the Commercial team, you are responsible to deliver e-retail sales target, optimize customer profits, manage inventory holdings to a mutually agreed target, and develop channel trade plans with customer to ensure timely execution of trade plans of the online channel of all brands you manage. Equipped with enthusiasm and skill, you will be primarily responsible to:
• Strategic account planning, leveraging our product and service capabilities, driving profitable business growth
• Set sales growth targets with clients and ensure end-to-end account profitability and growth of key accounts assigned
• Maintain as the main point of communication contact between clients and the various internal departments, in support of client’s specific e-commerce business needs, which includes channel distribution, creative and content creation, marketing support, other IT services related to e-commerce store management or website management
• Daily management planning of inventory for both consignment and outright-purchase stocks, maximizing sales, while leveraging on e-marketplace campaigns and brand’s marketing, promotional campaigns, while minimizing stock-out and excess stockholding risk
• Regular business reviews with key clients to ensure that key performance indicators are met and strategize to improve KPIs
• Regularly present or consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services or introduction of new products or product categories
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and promote company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators to potential new clients.
• Develop business relationships with Key Customers and Partners to ensure strategic alignment and continuous improvement of the e-commerce business
• Develop marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, PG Mall, etc., identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the traffic and store performance
• Responsible of developing the e-commerce promotional calendar, store event, and planning content management and uploads (including removing irrelevant content after campaign), and developing store landing pages
• Work closely with the marketing team and agencies to improve quality of ads content and traffic acquisition
• Setting and execute general pricing, promotional pricing and trade margins within guidelines and pricing bandwidths across all online channels
• Accountable for negotiation and contracting with all e-commerce accounts, including trade allowances and other contractual conditions
• Provide input for online shopper insights and strategy, promotion guidelines deploy digital marketing strategy towards customers. Plan and develop all e-commerce promotions and activation and tracks promotion effectiveness/
• Provide monthly forecasting and must be able to show profitable growth month on month basis
• Generate weekly sales report with thorough analysis. All analysis must come with actionable and profitable recommendations moving forward across all brands on all online platforms for all brands you are managing
• Responsible for all e-stores design, brand story, key selling points, products images, banners, feed post and other aspect that help to deliver the best in class e-store performance
