Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- Your responsibility is to assist the purchasing team in all purchasing-related matters, including following up with shipments and orders placed internationally. This task requires a good command of writing skill both in English and Mandarin (majority of our suppliers are from China).- Job Scope:- 1. Ensure that orders received are accurate- 2. Ensure goods received are not damaged- 3. Handle goods throughout the purchasing process- 4. Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs- 5. Research for potential vendors- 6. Track orders and ensure timely deliver- 7. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)- 8. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends- 9. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices- 10. Keep accurate records of purchases made- 11. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts- 12. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders- REQUIREMENT:- 1. English, Malay, and Mandarin (read and write capability)- 2. Excellent time management- 3. Experience working as a purchasing assistant in the industry is preferred- 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- 5. Able to perform in fast-paced environments.- 6.
