Electrician - Facility (Cogeneration)

RESPONSIBILITIES
To carry out operation and maintenance for Co-Generation system and boiler system. Ready for on-call duty after working hours. Willing to work on shift. To ensure the hot water meeting the production requirement. To ensure power and hot water quality. To ensure Substations and Cogeneration system availability, and output quality Always feedback to superior regarding any issues / items. To improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). To ensure works / jobs efficiency and quality. To improve department teamwork. To liaise with other departments / plants. To ensure KPI's targets are achieved. To ensure safety of all works. To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO. and to keep track of all records. To ensure all works / jobs are standard compliance. To reduce breakdown time, and to prevent breakdown. To rectify complain from customers. To help out other section when in need, such as RWTP, STP, Intakes and office maintenance. To carry out any jobs that were given from superiors.

REQUIREMENTS
SPM / Certificate / or Diploma in Electrical or any equivalent. Internal Combustion Engineer certificate (Grade 2) OR Internal Combustion Engine Driver (Grade 1). Experience in General Electric (GE) CoGeneration System (most preferable; other brand of COGEN also considered), HV Generator System and Hot Water System.
