Position: Email Marketing Coordinator
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Duties & Responsibilities
Create engaging email copy that is in line with our brand tone of voice (Simple, clean and friendly email communication).
Conduct ongoing optimisation of email marketing KPI's, such as open, click and conversion rate.
Implement stunning email marketing campaigns (designs, calls-to-action, and content )
Check emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
Optimize templates to ensure responsive behaviour for both mobile and desktop mail clients
Create automated workflows for customer journeys from sign up to conversion
Analyse campaign performance and suggest methods for improvements
Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
Proven work experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and web analytics.
Knowledge of HTML and content management systems;
Proven experience creating automated workflows, A/B testing emails and using data to improve email campaigns
Experience with CRM platforms.
Familiarity with analytical and database tools
An ability to work under tight deadlines
Excellent command of the English language;
Ambitious and hard-working individual with excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.
