Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.**Job Description**As an Employee Relations Specialist at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for partnering with team members, leaders, and regional sites to provide consultation and counsel in related areas such as (but not limited to): various human resource policies, internal procedures, regional laws, standards, and government regulations. You are also expected to support the Employee Relations team, respond to concerns, conduct investigations, conflict resolution, analyze investigation results and recommend changes with the goal of driving high employee engagement and thoughtful resolutions.**Responsibilities**:- Manage and support Employee Relations processes and internal procedures; communicate internally at Micron with experience in problem resolution- Adhere to globally aligned Employee Relations processes- Manage employee concerns collaborating with necessary stakeholders such as Legal, People Organization Partners, Centers of Excellence and Internal Audit- Lead internal investigations in employee related matters, recommend solutions and support with the facilitation of the resolution in partnership with leadership, People Organization, Business Partners and Team Members- Support and counsel on employee wellbeing concerns- Ability to work independent and be part of a team environment while developing strong relationships with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams/stakeholders- Participate in People Organization projects as necessary- Effective in documenting case notes and investigation summaries- Ability to anticipate potential issues and diagnose the root cause through active listening and inquiry**Education Required**Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Human Resources, Human Resource Management related field of study**Experience Required**5 years' experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations/HR Investigations/Diversity and InclusionExperience leading Employee Relations activities with a demonstrated focus on providing clear guidance, timely and consistent execution**About Micron Technology, Inc.**Micron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
