Job Description:Assistant Engineer / Engineer
-responsible for the improvement of process technique, tools, machine and environment
-responsible for Line Product Quality
-responsible for process control for documentation, work instruction, SOP, etc.
-responsible for process control machine and process troubleshooting
-responsible for machine installation
-review process control for capacity planning
-involve in new part pilot run and monitor the process consistency before releasing to the production
-maintaining ISO 9001/2000 and implementing of ISO 14001 & TS 16949
Job Requirement:-
-candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in polymer, mechanical, automotive, manufacturing or equivalent.
-minimum of 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
-experience in Autocad and 3D Printer
-expose with ISO 9001 & TS 16949 quality systems and procedure
-experience in the lean manufacturing system & automotive industry would be an added advantage
-good discipline and flexibility for ad-hoc circumstances in work environment
-able to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimum supervision
