Job description
In your new role you will:
- Owner of the product(s) under his/her responsibility, with significant role in the Product Development team:As a feedback loop to the development team for new or existing products.Support new product ramp-up and continuous improvement on product performance (Yield, Cp/Cpk, Quality, Cost and Delivery)
- Perform electrical lab bench characterization, feedback characterization results and electrical data analysis reports (yield, Cp-Cpk, pareto, etc.) to Development, Project and/or Application team.
- Continuous support on FE / BE production topics (low yield, FAR, etc.) and linkage between cross-functional teams.
- Drive cost improvement projects / ratio (TIR, TTR) / yield improvement.
- Continuous improvement and innovation on Product Development tasks / topics (setup and maintenance of lab test bench, lab bench automation, automated data analysis, etc.)
- Product Engineering support for Volume Core Team activities. Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
- More than 2 years’ experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering and/or Device Testing.
- Statistical data analysis.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in lab bench measurement equipment's (oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, source meter).
- Experience in VBA, LabVIEW or MATLAB (hardware/equipment programming).
- Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation.
- Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding. Why Us
