ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partner with Product Engineering team towards optimizing yield, cycle time and improve quality by providing insights into wafer/package/drive level test data.
- Develop machine-learning solutions and partner with stakeholders to deploy ML models to a production environment.
- Collaborate on ML capability development projects to enable industry standard algorithms and frameworks across the data science lifecycle from data extraction to deployment, post deployment monitoring and support Qualifications

REQUIRED:

- Pursuing aBachelors/Masters/PhD in Statistics / Data Science/ Computer Science /Electronics Engineering. PREFERRED:
- Ability to understand complex business problems and ability to summarize results and communicate to stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies towards enabling innovative methods. SKILLS:

- Solid understanding of Statistics / Linear Algebra / Calculus / Programming / Computer Science concepts
- Familiarity in Machine Learning algorithms with hands on experience in Python /SQL / R. ABOUT WESTERN DIGITAL
