Engineer – Quality Assurance (Sqm)

Act as the major communication bridge and window between factory and the supplier, delivering zero-defect and competitive components and services to factory & customers.
Job Descriptions:KPI: Weekly / Monthly / Half a year and annual summary by supplier / part number.
Improving IQC incoming MRB / Non-QVL / LRR.
Supplier survey and audit (QSA/QPA/ISO/QMS system).
Supplier quality and process improvement (8D report).
Supplier management plan of hazardous substances (GP program).
Supplier important quality problem and preventive measures.
Any other job functions required by management.
Job Requirement(s):Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Quality Management/ Engineering / Business Admin or any related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical Engineering supplier quality management / incoming quality control management.
Those with working experience in EMS environment will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Electrical / Electronic and Mechanical Engineering, materials and expertise in quality management methods.
Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of IQC related work procedures and processes.
Acquaintance with the use of IQC equipment.
Experience in QA / SQM function field.
Familiarity with SMT, PCBA & Final Assembly process quality system, production process, statistical method and management skill.
Supplier QSA, QPA and site audit.
Working skills/knowledge in FAI report verification process, IATF16949 5 main tools, IPC-A-610 standard, Process Capability Analysis, 8D Problem Solving methods, 7 Basic QC tools, SPC techniques.
Knowledge of ISO9001 management system required.
The ability to follow up issues independently with good communication skills.
Note:Must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
