Engineer Reliability Product Testing

Job description

In your new role you will:

- Responsible for the coordination and provision of resources to a team of AEs & technicians to perform “reliability stress” or “reliability testing” (for Product qualification, PM and Backend qualification/evaluation) according to defined procedures, rules, and planned schedule.
- Provide Line Control expertise to meet the lab targets and sustaining of the lab processes
- To liaise with LLPs/QM on stress & test lab execution planning and commitment.
- In-time allocation of resources for initial/intermediate readout, review backlogs and define catch-up plan with electrical readout team.
- To evaluate and improve the line processes and increase the efficiency. Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Manufacturing, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent)/Applied Science or Diploma in Engineering (/Process/Manufacturing/Electrical/Electronics) with minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Preferably with 1-3 years experience in production planning
- Knowledge & experience in process engineering will be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Malay.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. Why Us
