Job Description
WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
Manage execution of a project in accordance with the organization's project management methodology as per CFI requirements.
Develop, prioritize and submit project plans, budgets, and methodologies across a range of key projects.
Define project resources, performance reviews, and post-implementation evaluations.
Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and that project deadline are met.
Take ownership for the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively can comprise a program. Manage the works of the team members.
Evaluate changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.
Lead the most complex or critical engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of services.
Select, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.
To plan, organize, and control all activities of process management in achieving optimum operating efficiency and process reliability without compromise safety.
To control the department's activities and costs to ensure good equipment reliability and operating efficiency at Operating Plant.
Liaison with regional Engineering to coordinate and planning global/regional programs such as digital manufacturing for the mill.
To manage key Mill's capital projects and spending plans to meet the appropriation objectives.
Manage new packaging development team for new and/or changes of packaging to meet the timeline for commercialization.
Overseeing mill activities that align with regional/global programs such as CI/OPEX/LEAN/LSS, etc
To develop and build talent capability of asset team members.

Key to your success in this role will be
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing related discipline or equivalent.
At least 10 years of working experience in Project Management.
Experience with the pulp & paper industry is preferred.
Preferably Managers specializing inManufacturing/ProductionOperations or equivalent.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:
K-C will not provide support for relocation of the chosen candidate for this role, if necessary, relocation will be at the candidate’s own expense. However, K-C will provide assistance and financial support to obtain immigration visas and work authorization for the chosen candidate, if needed.
