About the JobConvert Sales and Close Deals
Be a champion of Xendit to potential customers and build relationships
Actively engage with leads to convert into confirmed customers
Assist customers with any needs throughout their onboarding process
Grow Customers and Revenue
Follow up with new customers to get feedback on their experience with Xendit
Win customers to achieve personal and team sales targets
Communicate to internal stakeholders on customer's needs and requests
Accelerate merchant ramp-up of merchants to reach terminal velocity as quickly as possible
Minimum QualificationsMin.
2-3 years of working experience in any industry, preferably SaaS/Banking/digital product, as Sales/Account Management
Resourceful individual with ability to seek, identify, contact, and thoroughly follow up on leads and potential customers
Goals (quantitative) and action oriented with a proven track record in meeting targets within the same role in current/previous jobs
Understand numbers and able to build up Sales Pipeline
A self-starter, strong-willed and highly persuasive in engaging with potential customers
