Responsible for establishing and running Enterprise Portfolio Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ Project Delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
Own and formalize project portfolio management (PPM) framework as centralized governor of Project Management Office (PMO) across the organization by providing standards in project and program management.
Establish optimum PMO standards and roll down to respective PMO function at divisional level in managing business initiatives for successful and quality implementation.
Supply right level of information to Portfolio Manager for decision making on project prioritization and implementation as well as recommend any improvement required to mitigate portfolio risk in maximize investment returns.
Responsible in preparing all project portfolio reporting required by internal and external stakeholders on periodic basis for Portfolio Manager’s approval.
Lead a team of PMO Analysts to consolidate, verify and analyze key project details and manage all administrative functions within PMO
Track and analyze portfolio resource demand and supply to achieve optimum level.
Allocate and control portfolio funding pool to ensure it is spent effectively to deliver maximum investment return.
Monitor compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates via project audits. This role is also to be the coordinator of project audits conducted by internal/external parties.
Own project portfolio management tool which will be used across the organization for better stakeholder management on different size of projects and program.
