**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Responsible for compliance with the Environmental requirement at work.- Responsible to update any new regulations announced by the Department of Environmental (DOE) / Natural Environmental and Resources Board (NREB) and other authorities relating to the Environmental.- Responsible to prepare all Environmental reports to Management and authority whenever required.- Ensure the Environmental program and environmental control are implemented at the project site.- Organized Environmental meetings at the site and conduct Environmental induction talk with construction workers.- Prepare and execute the approved implementation schedule.- Perform to carry out environmental monitoring/sampling at the interval as specified in the EMP.- Carry out regular NISA assessments/inspections at the construction site, report any non-compliance or potential non-compliance on environmental issues to the site team and contractor, and coordinate the correction/correction action or prevention action.- Perform any other duties that may be required occasionally.REQUIREMENT- Possess at least a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry- A competent person with CePSWaM certification by DOE and DOSH.- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and compliances within the construction industry will be an added advantage.- Well-versed in OSHA 1994, FMA (Amendment) 2006, EQA 1974 and other related requirements.- Familiar with relevant international and Malaysian management systems.- Able to work independently, possess initiative and be responsible.- Able to work under pressure with least supervision.- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Application Software.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Butterworth: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
