• Operates and maintains equipment under the supervision of the FS or FE in conformance with client safety and operational procedures. • Assist to perform field jobs in a professional manner, consistently following client Service Quality Standards, while actively promoting. • Performs all services in compliance with Client OFS &WS Policies & Standards. • Develop skills in assigned services through training self-study and practice. • Follow all Schlumberger QHSE policies required to complete the task • Participate in Schlumberger QHSE programs and client QHSE programs on rig (RIR, QIP, STOP, etc.) • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure that unit is in safe and proper working condition for the next service job • Operate client equipment during jobs and recognize, report and correct any malfunctions • Complete all required paperwork (driver logs, loading ticket, etc.) neatly, accurately and submit them in timely manner • Responsible for condition and maintenance on assigned unit and helping others as needed and required • Follow EO SCDP for safety, technical and operational training required for promotion • Assist in keeping Schlumberger shop and base clean and in good condition • Perform jobs as necessary to support the Schlumberger field crews • Maintain a positive attitude, encourage and motivate new employees by treating everyone with respect and dignity and demonstrating safe and proper techniques for equipment operation and maintenance • Mentor and motivate new employees to operate equipment and promote client mission and values. • Learn and understand the client Management System, how it applies to your job and what your responsibilities are within it. • QHSE Authority and Responsibility: May stop any job or process due to QHSE concerns as they see fit.
