Event Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Manager to plan, organize, and execute a wide variety of events. The ideal candidate will excel in project management and vendor coordination, ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop detailed project plans and timelines for events.
? Oversee all aspects of event preparation, including venue selection, decor, catering, and entertainment.
? Coordinate with the management and team to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring their vision is realized.
? Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and kept within limits.
? Lead and supervise event teams, including coordinators, support staff, and volunteers.
? Ensure contracts and agreements are adhered to, mitigating risks and resolving issues promptly.
? Oversee event setup and takedown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
? Address and resolve any on-site issues.

? Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
? Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and management.
? Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
? Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
