Qualifications: - Diploma in multimedia, mass communication or design Other Requirements: - Background and experience in event management - Strong interest in fitness and sports - Decent written English - Strong communication skills - Basic computer literacy - Ability to prioritise own workload - Must be detail oriented - Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly Job Descriptions: - Event organisation & management - Event marketing & promotion mainly via digital - Event materials design & modification - Developing rapport with event suppliers & partners - Public relations & interaction with clients & public - Multimedia broadcasting e.g. social media marketing - Event documentation & records - Communication with suppliers, vendors, partners & clients - Brainstorm for event ideas & collaborations
