What You'll Do:



-Provide comprehensive administrative support under tight deadlines.


-Prepare detailed, accurate meeting minutes and track action items to ensure progress.


-Maintain and organize critical records with precision and confidentiality.


-Coordinate and execute weekly events and offline courses, anticipating potential issues and finding effective solutions.


-Organize training sessions for subsidiaries or external parties, which may include weekend or evening commitments to meet high-demand schedules.

-Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field


-Proficiency in Mandarin


-No prior experience required – just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Fresh grad are welcome.


-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
