SummaryAs an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling and servicing events with a primary focus on Banquet Food & Beverage services.
Your key responsibilities include:
Menu planning and agenda setting
Contract review and negotiation
Serving as the main liaison between clients and hotel team
Ensuring clear communication before, during, and after events to deliver a high level of service
Conducting hotel tours and client engagement
Team collaboration
Qualifications• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration.
• A minimum of 3 years in event planning or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
