Details of the offer

· Perform day to day accounting operations like General ledger, accounts payable and receivables functions.· Coordinating daily payments.
Making payments through modes like online, Cash, Cheque etc.
and keeping track of them.· Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments etc.
using Tally accounting software system.· Assisting in monthly management report and other financial matters.· Accounts /bank reconciliations.· Assisting in preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.· Assisting in handling and filing of GST/ TDS· Handling all bank related work.· Coordinating the contracts and Agreements.· Communicating with vendors and clients through phone calls or email· Assisting in Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, GL reviews, maintaining fixed assets register and conducting all other accounting activities.· Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws· Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the manager may assign from time to time.· General administrative worksThe responsibilities set in here may be subject to change periodically based on the needs of the company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
