Job Responsibilities:Oversee Audit Engagements : Lead audit engagements, review audit reports, and discuss findings with the team and clients before final sign-off.
Client Engagement : Provide value-added services and advice, ensure quality service delivery, and resolve client issues.
Team Leadership : Offer clear directions to the team, set defined goals, create detailed plans, allocate resources, and support staff growth and development.
Audit Team Leadership : Plan, manage, and lead an audit team to deliver high-quality assurance and compliance work for a diverse client portfolio.
Financial Management : Oversee the financials of the team's portfolio, including budgeting, work-in-progress (WIP), timely billing, and collection.
Ensure the achievement of team and division budgets and performance objectives.
Review Responsibilities : Review management accounts and audit planning prepared by team members.
Qualifications:Experience : Must hold a professional qualification such as ICAEW, ACCA, or an equivalent, with 8-10 years of experience leading or directing audit or assurance work in mid to large enterprises.

Experience : At least 5 years of external audit experience, with 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Experience : At least 2-3 years of external audit experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Tax Compliance:Senior Manager, Tax Compliance : Guide, supervise, and lead the tax team to meet or exceed client and team expectations.
Regularly review team performance, providing comprehensive feedback and coaching.
Experience : At least 6-8 years of tax experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior managerial role.
