The Senior Executive Assistant for the Office of the Chief Ecosystem Officer (CEDO) provides essential administrative and operational support to enhance the efficiency of the Ecosystem Development Division.

This role prepares presentations and speeches, oversees meetings, ensures follow-up on action items, and coordinates project timelines.
The assistant acts as a liaison with stakeholders, maintains confidentiality, organises information, and drives process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:
Administrative SupportProvide high-level administrative support, including preparing materials for priority projects and engagements, arranging travel, managing schedules, and coordinating documents and presentations.
Assist the CEDO with the preparation and organisation of speeches, presentations, and follow-up on action items.
Pre-screen internal documents for approval, including proofreading.
Plan and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the CEDO Office.
Support day-to-day tasks, including specific coordination and activities assigned by the CEDO.
Communication and LiaisonAct as a liaison for the CEDO Office to ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and build cross-functional relationships across all levels.
Information ManagementOrganise and maintain schedules, documents, and information efficiently.
Utilise office software proficiently to manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Meeting CoordinationFacilitate meetings by coordinating attendees, preparing materials, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Conduct research and gather data to create impactful presentations and provide necessary materials for attendees.
Enhance the effectiveness of meetings to increase productivity within the CEDO Office and Ecosystem Development Division.
Project ManagementSupport the CEDO in managing projects, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Conduct research, collect data, and prepare project status reports to assist in project oversight.
Stakeholder ManagementSupport the maintenance of a positive work environment by contributing to staff engagement and satisfaction.
Foster professional relationships and provide excellent service by handling inquiries on behalf of the CEDO.
Confidentiality and ComplianceMaintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all work.
Ensure all tasks align with MRANTI's governance standards and policies.
Job Requirements:
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or any other related field.
Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar executive support or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or governmental environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation and correspondence.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and capacity to handle confidential information and managing sensitive matters appropriately.
Candidate with relevant drone-related certification or training is an added advantage.
