ResponsibilitiesEnsure customers' requests, inquiries, and complaints are attended to and responded to in a timely manner, providing first call resolution and excellent customer service.
Handle customer calls, complaints, and inquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
Work in a team environment and support each other in multitasking & flexible working hours/days.
Assist Customer Request Management Unit operation on soliciting, outbound calls, and administration work.
Be sensitive and alert to customers' requests & feedback.
Support customers' inquiries or grievances.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree / Diploma in any related discipline / Fresh Graduate.
Experience in Customer Service / Call Center / Credit Card Sales / Banking background will be an added advantage.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
