Job Description
To commence cleaning operations for new projects and manage existing cleaning contracts for offices, buildings, factories, malls and etc.
Job Responsibilities
? To start cleaning operations for new sites including recruitment of cleaners and Supervisors.
? To recruit and replace workers immediately upon resignation or termination.
? To manage and distribute manpower on daily basis, based on urgency and priority.
? To provide housekeeping training to new and existing workers.
? To assist and support site supervisors.
? To motivate and discipline workers.
? To prepare cleaning work schedules and checklists.
? To submit operations reports to clients and management.
? To conduct regular site visits and client audits as per schedule.
? To ensure monthly site order is within budget and submitted on time.
? To communicate and meet clients regularly for feedbacks and, to attend and resolve highlighted issues.
? To meet and exceed clients? expectations.
? To achieve company?s cleaning standard and follow company?s cleaning SOP.
? To assist in company?s management of foreign workers including recruitment, renewal of work permit, FOMEMA medical, insurance, accommodation, logistics, arrival and departure with Check Out Memo.
? To collect, verify and submit monthly site attendance summary for payroll including punch cards, thumb print record and attendance book.
? To track, record and verify all claims such as travel, overtime and other incentives and report to HR & accounts for payables.
? To submit invoice, credit note and all supporting documents for clients.
? To advice Accounts on ad hoc billings.
Job Requirements
? Minimum Diploma and above.
? Minimum of 5 years? relevant working experience.
? Good in both English and Bahasa Malaysia communication and writing skills.
? Good in Microsoft Office especially Word & Excel.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
