Executive, Finance (Based In Kepala Batas, Penang)

**Responsibilities**:**Job Scope**- To process all invoices and review on invoices submitted by the respective departments.- To record all the accounting transactions (inflow and outflow) and ensure all the accounting documents (e.g. invoices, receipts etc.) align with the Group SOP.- To do bank reconciliation.- To prepare inter-company reconciliation.- To prepare related party transaction, list of property purchased by director, contractual commitment.- To prepare AP aging report.- To prepare GAC sales report.- To study detailed of marketing cost for budget control (Actual vs Forecast).- To record all contracts and agreements listing.**Job Requirements****Minimum Education**Bachelor's DegreeField of StudyFinance/Accountancy/Banking- Degree in Accounting/ Finance- At least 1 year in the financial reporting/general ledger area.
