**Executive Housekeeper****(Based in The Taaras Beach & Spa Resort, Redang Island)****EMBARK ON AN EXCITING JOURNEY**Surrounded by the spectacular, crystal clear waters of the South China Sea, The Taaras Beach & Spa Resort bestows a bespoke luxury experience amid warm Asian hospitality for those seeking privacy and exclusivity.We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Establish and maintain high cleanliness standards for guest rooms, public areas, and other resort spaces.- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to established cleanliness protocols.- Oversee the procurement and management of housekeeping supplies and amenities.- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure guest satisfaction.- Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.- Communicate effectively with front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.**EXPERIENCES**:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field- Proven experience in a leadership role within housekeeping or related departments- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Night shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Will you be able to work at PULAU REDANG, TERENGGANU**Experience**:- Housekeeping: 5 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Terengganu (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Terengganu: Relocate before starting work (required)
