JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide IT support to all departments • Installing / Configuring computer hardware, software & other related to IT / ICT • Creating user guide for in-house application • Investigate, diagnose and resolve computer software and hardware faults • Support and maintaining all tele-communication • Update & maintaining IT/ICT documents & asset • Design card, poster, advertisement, editing video and other related to designing or editing • Other related task given from time to time JOB REQUIREMENTS • Have skills and knowledge in application of MS Office • Have skills & knowledge in network troubleshoot and IT support • Have skills & knowledge in Adode Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva • Have skills in editing videography and graphic • Have valid driving license and priority to whom have license B2 • Priority to whom with IMMIDIATE Availability / IMMIDIATE Intake
