**Manage Planning**- Prepare ideas for pre-ABP input on Annual GTM Calendar Planning- Develop Solution design for new customer and existing customer- Research on health and wellness data, target market funnels strategy and segmentation**Manage Program Proposal**- Research, prepare and get approval for Marketing Program Activation Plan (MPAP) as per proposed solution design- Prepare Solution design - product offerings- Prepare BTL Activities for leads collection- Prepare Marketing funnel strategy- Prepare Cost benefit analysis- Prepare Customer segmentation analysis- Prepare New market penetration plan**Manage Program Implementation**- Prepare & get approval on the draft of Communication Pack/ Circular- Prepare Checklist of back-end process per program- Ensure and follow up closely on the program readiness:- a) Pre-Program- b) During Program**Manage Program Effectiveness**- Collecting insight and prepare draft of Post program analysis report- Maintaining solution design effectiveness dashboard- Collecting and maintaining the Testimony collection (solution and program based) under single cloud.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
