Executive, Merchant Sales Support

Job Description Responsibilities: Merchant Sales Support Executive Analyze merchants? payments-related issues, assist with disputes, liaise with merchant support and provide sustainable solutions;
Collaborate with other internal teams such as Merchant Processing Unit, Merchant Helpdesk, Merchant Technical Support, and integration for cascading and/or escalations of merchants? related concerns
Work closely with the sales team and assist in submission of applications, preparing letter of proposals and maintenance as per merchant?s request.
Support Sales team With daily tasks
Maintain and update Sales Team?s Monthly & YTD Sales report and Monthly submission report for the Team leader and Merchant head?s review.
Contribute to process improvement in merchant support by identifying sources of merchant issues, recognizing trends and sharing reports to the Sales Team and Merchant Head
Support Merchant Head in everyday? tasks
Communicate & follow up with merchants on any updates or issues with their account
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
