Responsibilities :
Level 1 - Warehouse
1 Arrange and handle loading & unloading of stock in and out include goods return from customers
and External Providers.
2 Check on products physical quality, quantity, labeling & packaging during collection
by transporters/customers include products delivered by External Providers.
3 Implement and maintain warehousing storage for all products.
4 Control daily stock card to monitor stock position and liaise with procurement team for
replenishment and operations team for sales order.
5 Responsible in stock count to assure stock balance controlled and update stock inventory.
6 Maintain and assure cleanliness of warehouse, pest control include necessary warehouse
machineries & equipment.
7 Assure that work practices are in guideline of GMP/ISO 9001 standards.

Level 2 - Production
1 Plan, manage production team to arrange daily production schedule.
2 Quality check on finishing products - quantity, labeling & packaging before
transferring to warehouse.
3 Follow up/assist team on preparation of necessary document/record for QC Team to
submit BMR.
4 Operate, trouble shooting & maintenance support to production equipment/machineries
assure machineries are in good working conditions.
5 Handling Pest Control, assure proper hygiene & cleanliness of production room in
meeting GMP/ISO 9001 requirements.
6 Work closely with other teams to assure production output to meet sales demand.
7 To undertake any other duties as and when required by the Management from time to time.

Authority :
1 Plant equipments/activities and stock level/balance.
2 Quality & quantity of stock in and out from warehouse.
3 Stock check/stock count.
4 Co-ordination of Production & Warehouse Team
5 Machineries and equipments at Production and Warehouse.

Qualification Requirements (Experience, Skill and Education)
1 At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
2 Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
3 Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
4 At least Vocational or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
5 Must be willing to travel and work in Kota Damansara.
