Lead and conduct day-to-day operations of Recruitment and its activities for MAB and subsidiaries in compliance with the established recruitment policies and procedures.
Key AccountabilityLiaise with relevant HR Business Partner and Business Unit in the process of sourcing, recruiting and shortlisting the right talents.
Review and manage the development of job descriptions and advertisements for required vacancies.
Execute mass and individual sourcing and recruitment activities based on strategy set by HR Strategic Recruitment.
Upload new vacancies into the Recruitment Portal.
Coordinate recruitment with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, processing applications, and providing support during interviews.
Review creation of application shortlist and oversee the process of preparing salary proposals for external candidates as well as checking references to confirm suitability of applicants.
Manage the internal and external recruitment portal.
Oversee development and consistent review of candidate database.
Generate recruitment monthly reports.
Monitor SLA compliance, ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, and report discrepancies to the Recruitment Manager as necessary.
Study and improve current processes & policies (including T&C) and explore, initiate and implement new initiatives towards process efficiency and betterment.
Provide guidance and training to team members in order to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures.
QualificationDegree in Human Resources or any related field.
Working Experience1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Skills & KnowledgeGood analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal communication (oral & written), and presentation skills.
