Attend to customer complaint on product defect on site
Update job sheet
Conduct product demo?on Kitchen Appliances
Standby on exhibition or road show participate by company upon request
Attend local/outstation contractor/customer enquiries on technical know-how and spare parts
Check and repair service or Sirim testing set
Conduct product Testing & Commissioning at assigned project site upon request
Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) & Sirim application on new products brought in by Procurement Department
Attend Sirim's join testing for new products
Conduct Quality Assurance test and prepare testing reports on all new products shortlisted by the Management
Prepare inventory documents on sample unit returned to warehouse
Verify attended job sheet returned by contractor on weekly basis
Financial year stock count
Conduct scheduled technical training to nationwide service contractor
Requirements
?Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical & Electronic
Possess valid car/motorcycle driving license
Able to work under minimum supervision
