External Affairs Manager

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with government departments, and conduct policy monitoring and analysis at both federal and Penang government levels in line with corporate strategy.
Support business lines by facilitating communication with relevant government agencies and associations regarding specific cases and proposing solutions.
Handle crises as needed.
Support the company's marketing activities in Asia and the Middle East, including offline exhibitions and some online marketing.
Be responsible for other tasks arranged by the department.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with 5-10 years of working experience in government agencies and/or government relations.
Strong and effective collaboration and communication skills.
Sound political judgment and in-depth knowledge of government structure and operations.
Previous working experience in multinational companies is a plus.
