F & B Operation Manager

Job Description JOB SCOPE: Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & managing operating costs.
Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu from time to time.
Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Ensure SOP is observed & carry out consistently for all branches.
Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
Lead, courage and motivate team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Have knowledge in food control & product quality skills.
Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Independent & resourceful.
Good communicator & people manager.
Self-motivator & passionate for F&B industry.
Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area.
