F&B Operation Manager

Details of the offer

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or any other equivalent certification from recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in offshore catering business OR as restaurant manager onshore.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience at managerial level with catering business.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; computer literate.
• Shall have proven track record in managing a catering operations;
• Able to lead catering brigade with less supervision, self-starter
• Resourceful and able to keep team on high spirit & high productivity
• Shall have knowledge of food hygiene and food safety;
• Shall be knowledgeable in F&B operations, tactful, diplomatic and have excellent communications skills; and
• Those with HACCP or Serve Safe certification are encouraged to apply.
