Our underlying benefits philosophy is this: be fair to our people and provide opportunities for those who take advantage of our programs and resources to increase their personal and financial security.**We are looking for**: Facilities Technician (TAB - Exhaust)**Location**: Bayan Lepas, Penang**Working Hours**: Normal (5 days/week)**Responsibilities**:1) Ensure ticket closure as per OVSC meeting date line2) Ensure zero ITP and ITS3) Ensure zero escalation and feedback to/from customer4) Perform weekly/ monthly /quarterly / Annual exhaust balancing facilities Measurement.5)Perform annual inspection of ventilation hood system to ensure smooth and efficient operation.6)Promptly respond & discuss with tools owner for the upcoming balancing.7)Maintain Good record of balancing report8) Responsible for daily and monthly report for TAB team9)Report out abnormalities immediately during the inspection or balancing10) Assist the Facilities engineer to carry out checking and trouble shooting11) Assist the PM/CM to carry out checking and trouble shooting12) To perform any other task given by the immediate superior13)TAB technician to measure and record the flow & static on the Balance Report and Field Lateral Log Reading locations are to be. If no initial reading is present, make test port, and record initial lateral static reading and post Log on that lateral.Other Adhoc Responsibilities1) Assist the OEM to carry out checking and trouble shooting2) Assist the Intel Facilities engineer to carry out checking and trouble shooting3) Assist the PM/CM to carry out checking and trouble shooting4) To perform any other task given by the immediate superiorPossess at least 1 years of working experience.Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meetInterpersonal skills with a strong client focus.Good written and oral communication skills deadlines, including work irregular hours and occasional travel if any urgent support.About JLLWe're JLL—a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
