Field Agent

We are seeking **Field Agents** to actively source and attract drivers.- Please note that this position is not intended for drivers.**Responsibilities**:- Source potential on-demand drivers through various channels, including social media and offline methods.- Register drivers who meet the platform's qualifications.- Onboard new drivers, handle documentation and registration processes.- Achieve recruitment targets.**Requirements**:- Excellent verbal communication skills.- Proficient in computer usage.- Familiarity with the transportation industry and recruitment practices.- Ability to work in a team and street environment when necessary.We offer:- Full-time position from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.- Base salary of RM 1500 and a commission of RM 31.- Temporary contract with potential for extension.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)Expected Start Date: 07/21/2023
