Field Service Technician

We are looking for a skilledField Service Technicianto join our team inJohor Bahru, Johoron a contract basis, with thepossibility of conversion to a permanent positionbased on performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a range of security systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance.
Our mission is to redefine industry standards by combiningthe latest technology with exceptional after-sales service , and we need a dedicated professional to be part of this change.
What you'll be doing
Install, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of security systems, including access control, intruder alarms, and CCTV cameras
Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing on installed security equipment
Respond promptly to service calls, diagnose issues, and provide on-site repairs
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
Maintain detailed records of all service and maintenance activities
Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement improvements to our service offerings
What we're looking for
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and possess at least certificate or higher in electrical & electronics or IT
Basic understanding of electronics or electrical systems , such as the ability to use a multimeter.
Some basic IT knowledge, such as networking fundamentals or system configuration, is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication and customer service skills.
A valid driver's license and own transportation.
