JOB SCOPE • Monitor/Supervises from the office, organizes, and performs all types of Cementing, Stimulations andPumping Jobs in a professional manner, consistently maintaining and improvingTA Global Service Quality Standards, while actively promoting. • Perform all services in compliance with TA Global OFS and WS Policies & Standards. • Transfer knowledge/trains, develop, and mentor Equipment Operators, FSTs and FETs. • Develop skills in assigned services through training self-study and practice. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure that people, equipment, and materials arrive on location in a timely manner as required. Monitor from the office all operations. • Executes successful jobs according to design and client specification. • Manages personnel required to perform treatments and fosters a positive working environment. • Ensures that all phases of treatment are carried out in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. • Plans, prepares and make contingency plans for jobs in timely manner to meet or exceed client expectations. • Acts as a liaison between the client and TA Global on location. • Participate and complies with TA Global and client safety programs. • Maintains training records up to date in QUEST and iLearn. • Trains and develops assigned crew to operate in a safe, efficient and professional manner within company policy and procedures. • Documents jobs as required and follow procedures for paperwork including, inventory, treatment report, etc. • Maintains Material Request Log, Material Backload Log, and Equipment Maintenance Log Book on the assigned rigs. • Job design, execution and evaluation process is followed on every single job. • Assists manager with inventory control by following mandatory load and return procedures and paperwork routing. • Perform pre and post job STEM and then follows up to ensure equipment is functional. • Ultimately responsible for delivering the highest level of service quality. • Learn and understand the TA Global Management System, how it applies to your joband what your responsibilities are within it. • QHSE Authority and Responsibility : May stop any job or process due to QHSE concern as they see fit.
