Field Supervisor

**Responsibilities**- Oversee and maintain the field in orderly manner.- Supervise a group of general workers.- Monitor and supervise the plantation of palm oil for optimum yield and quality production.- Ensure the consistency of data entry for check-roll and other accounting input data for the plantation information system.- Carry out data collection such as frond data, bunch data and physical- Planning and implementation of work schedules and programmes.- To control and monitor quality of works done.- To review daily work progress reports for compilation of monthly report.- Ensure that workers to optimize their labour force for maximum daily productivity.- Carry out any other duty & responsibility which the superior may assign from time to time.**Requirements**:- At least Higher Secondary (SPM) with minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in oil palm plantation.- Fresh graduates of Diploma holder in Plantation Management/Agriculture are welcome to apply.- Preferably male.- Meticulous and responsible, able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.**Job Summary**:- Company:- Keresa Plantations Sdn.
