Finance & Account Executive

Responsibility
1. In charge & Monitoring of Sub-contractor claims and its all vehicle lease agreement and ensure payment is made according to fixed schedule.
2. Matching incoming documentation and ensure compliance as per guideline
3. To prepare monthly creditor reconciliation and submit to management for approval.
4. To prepare payment voucher and submit for approval
5. To proceed filling after completed
6. To prepare monthly bank reconciliation
7. To prepare monthly fixed payment as per routine
8. To perform data entry
9. In charge & Monitoring of Vehicle Maintenance costs and communicate with Fleet Team from Time-to-Time to obtain relevant information for analysis purpose
10. Handle management ad-hoc request
11. Prepare and submit monthly analysis report
12. Opportunity to explore more in GL field
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a post-graduate Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduate without working experience who interested is encouraged to apply.
3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
4. Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problem-solving skill and committed in meeting deadlines.
5. Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels.
6. Ability to communicate in Cantonese/Mandarin will be an added advantage.
