Finance Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain full set of accounting and ensure records are up to date- Maintain proper record keeping, document management and filing- Prepare payment vouchers, claim, performed bank reconciliations, update fixed asset register and stock maintenance- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements- Assist in financial budgeting and forecasting- To perform finance activities for financing purpose- Organize work schedules and set priorities to meet monthly reporting deadlines- Ensure compliance with regulations, taxation, audit and statutory reporting in Malaysia- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and government agencies etc.- To handle day to day administrative, operational activities and perform other duties as assigned by management**REQUIREMENTS**:- Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent- Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply- 1-3 years' experience in Financing/Accounting will be advantages- Familiar with Autocount System will be advantages- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and EnglishSalary Range: RM2,000 - RM2,500 per monthWorking Hours:8:00am ~ 6:00pm Monday to Friday.**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduatePay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Finance & Accounting: 1 year (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/06/2024
