Finance Assistant

Bayan Lepas, Penang- MYR 2500-3000**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Costing or Financial Planning**Requirements**:- Preferable have Accounting, Finance, Costing or Financial Planning related knowledge- Proficient in Microsoft skills especially Ms Excel- Possess good attitude and willing to learn- Proactive, independent and able to work in the fast pace in the high-volume manufacturing environment**Job Descriptions**:- For General Ledger (GL) accountant- Manage daily general accounting activities- Prepare journal entries related to GL accounts- Support quarterly balance sheet analysis- Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements- Support external and internal audit requirement- Support for yearly tax queries- Support for e-invoicing implementationFor Costing, FP&A accountant- Assists in yearly standard cost roll up, quarterly budgeting and forecasting- Assists in month-end closing, journal entries preparation, and reconciliation- Assists in schedules reports preparation and variances analysis- Support external and internal audit requirement- Support ad-hoc requests and projects
