Manage and coordinate financial budgets/forecasts of the designated business unit.
Provide in-depth analysis of key drivers.
Identify material risks and opportunities.
Play an active business partnering role by reviewing and analyzing financial performance and engaging with the various business units on reasons for significant variances.
Providing financial insights to the designated Business Unit to align financial strategies and meet financial goals.
Review work processes and drive collaboration to ensure continuous business process improvements, proper controls and compliance to Group policies & procedures, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in related projects, system implementation and enhancements.
Manage Business Unit's policy and/or sales contract with compliance with Group policies and BU's strategies.
Involvement in month-end activities, process mapping, implementation of controls.
Attend to any ad-hoc task requested by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 3+ years working experience within commercial finance, management reporting, FP&A, and business partnering.
Business & financial analysis, Microsoft Excel and Power BI will be advantages.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret raw data and translate it to clear, concise information.
Detail-oriented, organized with strong planning and acts in a self-directed way.
Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, and of good character.
