Finance Executive

1) Prepare timely and accurate Group of companies monthly management accounts. 2) Responsible for Finance daily operational transactions and full set of accounts. 3) Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with Group policies, regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. 4) Prepare and analyse monthly accounting records, financial statements and other financial schedules and reports. 5) Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues and financial commitments. 6) Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payments, reporting and other tax requirements. 7) Liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary. 8) Monitor and analyse budgets. 9) Follow-up with subsidiaries on outstanding matters. 10) Require to adhere to the Company’s procedures, policies and code of ethics when executing the daily task.
